About: Stacey Ostrowski found her love of the written word in Delaware as an award-winning reporter for her high school newspaper. She then pursued her second love, theatre, at the University of South Carolina, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts.
Later, she followed her lifelong interest in holistic health at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, based in New York City, and earned an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach certificate.
Stacey has written professionally for over 10 years, covering topics in the health and wellness industry, the local food movement, and the travel industry, among others. When she’s not writing, she can be found reading her latest library find, baking, perusing antique stores for all things midcentury modern, and cheering for her South Carolina Gamecocks.
